By accessing and using Moodyx, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Moodyx provides a mood tracking platform that allows users to log their emotional states, track patterns, and gain insights into their mental wellbeing. We offer both free and premium subscription plans. Features and availability may vary by plan and are subject to change.
You agree to use Moodyx only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our service to transmit harmful content, violate others' rights, impersonate others, or interfere with the service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, features, and functionality on Moodyx, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Moodyx and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your mood data and content you create.
Moodyx is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Moodyx is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
You may not engage in any of the following activities while using Moodyx:
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
